APSA is the voice for physician scientist trainees, and we strive to advocate for ALL of our members. Increasing diversity in the workplace allows us to draw from the viewpoints and experiences of historically silent people groups, which leads to innovative solutions in healthcare that benefits everyone. Join us for a discussion on minority representation in physician scientist careers with Dr. Kay Lund, director of the NIH Division of Biomedical Research Workforce Programs, and Drs. Stefan Maas and Joe Gindhardt, co-directors of the NIGMS Medical Scientist Training Program. You won't want to miss the opportunity to have YOUR voice heard, August 13th, 2018 at 12 PM EDT. Prior to the session, we invite you to post in our ongoing Medstro discussion!
